I love the design of Beaker! Who would've thought a cylinder with three circles would be so funny and cool to look at?
I wanted to turn that concept on its head by doing a 'serious' portrait of the renowned scientist.
2.5" x 3.5" Bristol vellum card. General's black & white charcoal pencils, mechanical graphite with kneaded eraser. December 2011.
